East Central Railway asked Proposal for new trains from Dhanbad

East Central Railway has asked for proposal of new trains from Dhanbad Railway Division in view of the meeting of the Zonal Time Table Committee. The operating department of Dhanbad division has written to all departments asking them for proposal. The proposal of all the six divisions of East Central Railway will be discussed in Hajipur on 6 January. The proposal will be prepared at the Zonal level and sent to the Railway Board.
The proposal sent at zonal level will be discussed in the meeting of the Indian Railway Time Table Committee to be held in the end of January or the first week of February. The Commerce Department of the Dhanbad Railway Division has started preparing the proposal. This time too, there is a preparation to ask for a new train from Dhanbad to New Delhi or Anand Vihar Terminal. Similarly, there will be demand for extension of Hatia-Yesvantpur Superfast Express to Dhanbad, running Alleppey Express with full rakes, restarting Dhanbad-Chandrapura passenger train and running Ranchi-Jaynagar seven days a week. Apart from this, a proposal will also be sent for stoppage of new trains at Gomoh and other stations and to increase the number of trains.
